How Do I Place An Order if I don't have an eBay account?
Use the "CONTACT US" link at the top of the page and send us an email using the provided form. Please indicate the item you wish to purchse and quantity (if applicable). We will create and send you an invoice to the provided email address via Paypal.

All payments will be accepted via paypal. We do not store credit card information.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please "CONTACT US." Together we can decide if the item should be returned, replaced, or partially refunded. All issues will be dealt with promptly on a case by case basis. We want to make sure your buying experience is pleasant and hassle free!

How do I use my Bits N Bobbles Cash (BB Cash)?
Using your Bits N Bobbles cash is easy! Just select the item you wish to purchase and click the "Make Offer" button. You will be redirected to eBay. Log into your account and in the Make Offer form type the new price (original price less BB cash). Then add a comment saying you are using BB Cash. Your offer will be accepted and you can check out via eBay. If you do not have an eBay account, please use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page and let us know
